You can start making your book today if you use My account. The account is free to use. You’re required to enter your email address and password to log into the system.
Where do I go for help?
You can contact us by email at anytime and we’ll reply within 12 hours of your help request. Alternatively you can contact us by telephone on 01442 862060 to discuss any technical or design issues.
What is the smallest order size?
The smallest order quantity is 20 books.
Can I include more than 40 pages in my book?
The online Cyberbook has been setup to always have 40 pages (40 sides), so unfortunately you cannot include more or less pages. Your leather-effect hardback book will be dark black and have up to 3 lines of gold lettering on the front cover.
Do I have any control of the cyberbook’s layout?
Based on your requirements, your book is automatically configured. Your book will have a standard layout with the student pages, followed by the group photograph and staff pages. The remaining pages will be signature pages until you add your photo gallery pages.
How long does it take to produce a yearbook?
Typically it takes around 1-4 weeks to produce your cyberbook and 4 weeks to print your hardback book. We recommend that the book is designed in the first or second term of the academic year and the printing is completed in the summer term.
What size is the title on the front of the book?
The title can be up to 3 lines, with the maximum number of characters per line being 30. The printed typeface will be Arial bold 34 pts.
What kind of files can I upload?
You can upload photographs in .JPG and .BMP formats. You can upload the school’s crest in .JPG and .GIF formats.
Do I get a Proof?
You can download at any time, an electronic PDF proof of your yearbook pages and view your progress.
